Set in a quiet neighborhood but minutes away from a grocery, restaurants, and businesses, this home hosted by Ann and co-hosted by Dani was what we needed. Having use of the garage to park our vehicle was particularly helpful and the backyard was great for relaxing or grilling with friends. We were here for almost 2 weeks while I recovered from surgery so this truly became our home away from home. Our hosts responded to our communications in a timely fashion and were very helpful. We are grateful for our time here.

Great place to stay! Had to book last minute and the host was very accommodating and friendly. The airbnb was very clean, spacious and private. Gorgeous location and neighborhood in LA and close to the attractions and nature we planned on visiting. Parking was a short walk away and accessible. Awesome place to stay, highly recommend!

This was a great stay, exactly what we needed for our extended weekend in Kokomo! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Super easy to find, simple and clear instructions for check in and check out. We will definitely be staying again.

Exceptional home with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The neighborhood and nearby trails are meticulously maintained and there is a bike share station half mile away hosted by the city of Kokomo. This was the best experience I could have ever hoped for. Thanks Ann and Dani

Ann and Erica were great hosts. They were responsive and made us feel like we were at home. They went extra mile by making sure we have all the necessary cookware for our 3 weeks of stay including ordering additional cookware to make our stay comfortable. The place was very good, quiet neighborhood but accessible to all important places in downtown. The place was well kept, and having a TV in every room is very good. I highly recommend Ann’s place for anyone looking to stay at Kokomo.

Perfect house to relax and enjoy a calm tranquil stay while you’re tucked away in one of Kokomo nicer and safe neighborhoods. The host is absolutely amazing and responds to any questions you might have with in minutes. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place.

Had a great stay at this house! had everything we needed, nice open floor plan. We didn't require any assistance for anything as everything was there that was listed in the description. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again!
