Relaxing Woodland Hills Retreat – Nature & Comfort in the Heart of LA Escape to this cozy, private getaway nestled in the scenic neighborhood of Woodland Hills. Surrounded by the beauty of the Santa Monica Mountains and just minutes from shops, restaurants, and the famous Ventura Boulevard, this studio is the perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure.

Guest Access

Aside from the suite. You have full range of the backyard with lemon trees, grape vines, and a large deck perfect for a morning stretch or yoga.

Good to know

The suite is located on the 3rd floor of our 3 story home. You may hear us at times but we aim to be mindful.

Other Details to Note

1. As the property is on a hillside, access to the guest suite is a steep walk down. We DON’T recommend for those with physical limitations or a lot of baggage unless you don't mind a work out! 2. There is free street parking in our neighborhood about a 2-3 min walk. 3. No unregistered guests 4. No smoking/drugs 5. No production/ photography 6. ✍️ A rental agreement will be sent for your signature upon confirmation.

You have to descend a bit to get to the apartment, but it’s worth the extra steps. The view through the big picture window out across the small canyon is splendid. A very comfortable place!

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is truly gorgeous — even more beautiful than we expected — and everything was incredibly well maintained and thoughtfully prepared. The patio was a standout for us. It’s an exceptional space to relax and enjoy the surroundings, and we found ourselves spending a lot of time there. The host was outstanding — very communicative, kind, and always quick to respond. She made everything feel seamless from start to finish. The neighborhood is also amazing: quiet, safe, and perfect for walking. If it were up to us, we would absolutely rate her as a Superhost. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return.

Nice, clean place. Great host, easy to communicate with. View of nature from the window. The steps to the house are rather steep, and provided much needed exercise for me. After a couple of days I started to enjoy the walk up or down the stairs and to the car. Especially in California weather. I plan to return in the future.
