Relaxing Woodland Hills Retreat – Nature & Comfort in the Heart of LA Escape to this cozy, private getaway nestled in the scenic neighborhood of Woodland Hills. Surrounded by the beauty of the Santa Monica Mountains and just minutes from shops, restaurants, and the famous Ventura Boulevard, this studio is the perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure.
Guest Access
Aside from the suite. You have full range of the backyard with lemon trees, grape vines, and a large deck perfect for a morning stretch or yoga.
Good to know
This unit is private but it is attached to our main house which may be occupied by us or other guests. It is located on a closed off 3rd floor of our 3 story home. It is locked off and there is a separate exterior entrance to your space. You may hear us at times but we aim to be mindful.
Other Details to Note
1. As the property is on a hillside, access to the guest suite is a steep walk down. We DON’T recommend for those with physical limitations or a lot of baggage unless you don't mind a work out! 2. There is free street parking in our neighborhood that is about a 2 min walk. Occasionally, we may be able to allow parking in front. Please inquire if that is of a concern. 3. No unregistered guests 4. No smoking/drugs 5. No production/ photography 6. Washer/Dryer use may be arranged 7. ✍️ A rental agreement will be sent for your signature upon confirmation.
