We had a great stay! Everything looks as advertised. It was very clean. Very easy to communicate with the host whenever I had questions! Ann checked in early after the first night to make sure everything was going ok. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended to others!

You have to descend a bit to get to the apartment, but it’s worth the extra steps. The view through the big picture window out across the small canyon is splendid. A very comfortable place!

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is truly gorgeous — even more beautiful than we expected — and everything was incredibly well maintained and thoughtfully prepared. The patio was a standout for us. It’s an exceptional space to relax and enjoy the surroundings, and we found ourselves spending a lot of time there. The host was outstanding — very communicative, kind, and always quick to respond. She made everything feel seamless from start to finish. The neighborhood is also amazing: quiet, safe, and perfect for walking. If it were up to us, we would absolutely rate her as a Superhost. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return.

Nice, clean place. Great host, easy to communicate with. View of nature from the window. The steps to the house are rather steep, and provided much needed exercise for me. After a couple of days I started to enjoy the walk up or down the stairs and to the car. Especially in California weather. I plan to return in the future.

My family and I spent two days at Ann’s. Her space is clean, comfortable, and feels just like home. The yard offers a beautiful view of the night time sky with stars. Each of the three bedrooms were cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is spacious, with a lovely dinning area and living room for watching tv. Check in and check out was seamless. Ann’s communication is both proactive and warm. I would absolutely recommend staying at Ann’s. ☺️

Great stay, easy neighborhood to get in and out of, neighbor across the street had a great conversation with our kids about baseball and wished them the best at our tournament in which the reason we were there. Easy to get back and forth from Westfield where we played. Overall a great experience

The home was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. Ann was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We are extremely thankful she opened her home up to us and we would recommend it to anyone needing a place in Kokomo or nearby. We will be sure to book again on our next trip here. Thank you!
