1. To ensure the safety and security of our guests and property, we have installed security cameras in front of the house that point towards the street. There is 24/7 video and audio recording. 2. The pet fee is $125 per pet, per stay (for stays 7 days or less.). For extended stays, the pet fee will be reflective of the duration.
