This is a 1 bed/1 bath Guest House that is completely your own space. It has a living room with a futon and kitchenette with a full size stove and apartment size fridge. There is a large backyard for all to enjoy.

⭐️Please be kind and courteous in our home and note excessive damage, cleaning, or misuse will incur additional fees. You will receive a RENTAL AGREEMENT upon confirmation of your stay. ⭐️To ensure the safety and security of our guests and property, we have installed security cameras in front of the house that point towards the street. There is 24/7 video and audio recording. ⭐️Maintenance, cleaning, and other inspections are conducted on a schedule as we prepare for every reservation. However, sometimes the unexpected may occur in which we will work diligently to resolve. We ask for your understanding and patience.
