My family and I spent two days at Ann’s. Her space is clean, comfortable, and feels just like home. The yard offers a beautiful view of the night time sky with stars. Each of the three bedrooms were cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is spacious, with a lovely dinning area and living room for watching tv. Check in and check out was seamless. Ann’s communication is both proactive and warm. I would absolutely recommend staying at Ann’s. ☺️

Ann’s property was comfy and cozy. Easy to find. This is not the first of Ann’s properties we stayed in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to actually cook an entire meal. Always a helpful host and very responsive.

Ann's house is a very good value. Had a well equipped and modern kitchen which was important to us as we were traveling as a family and planned to eat meals at the house. Liked the private bath off the main bedroom. The 2 full bathrooms are a "must" for family travel. All went well and everything "worked". Great place to stay.

Great stay, easy neighborhood to get in and out of, neighbor across the street had a great conversation with our kids about baseball and wished them the best at our tournament in which the reason we were there. Easy to get back and forth from Westfield where we played. Overall a great experience

The home was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. Ann was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We are extremely thankful she opened her home up to us and we would recommend it to anyone needing a place in Kokomo or nearby. We will be sure to book again on our next trip here. Thank you!

Set in a quiet neighborhood but minutes away from a grocery, restaurants, and businesses, this home hosted by Ann and co-hosted by Dani was what we needed. Having use of the garage to park our vehicle was particularly helpful and the backyard was great for relaxing or grilling with friends. We were here for almost 2 weeks while I recovered from surgery so this truly became our home away from home. Our hosts responded to our communications in a timely fashion and were very helpful. We are grateful for our time here.

Great place to stay! Had to book last minute and the host was very accommodating and friendly. The airbnb was very clean, spacious and private. Gorgeous location and neighborhood in LA and close to the attractions and nature we planned on visiting. Parking was a short walk away and accessible. Awesome place to stay, highly recommend!

This was a great stay, exactly what we needed for our extended weekend in Kokomo! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Super easy to find, simple and clear instructions for check in and check out. We will definitely be staying again.

Exceptional home with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The neighborhood and nearby trails are meticulously maintained and there is a bike share station half mile away hosted by the city of Kokomo. This was the best experience I could have ever hoped for. Thanks Ann and Dani
