My family and I spent two days at Ann’s. Her space is clean, comfortable, and feels just like home. The yard offers a beautiful view of the night time sky with stars. Each of the three bedrooms were cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is spacious, with a lovely dinning area and living room for watching tv. Check in and check out was seamless. Ann’s communication is both proactive and warm. I would absolutely recommend staying at Ann’s. ☺️

Ann’s property was comfy and cozy. Easy to find. This is not the first of Ann’s properties we stayed in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to actually cook an entire meal. Always a helpful host and very responsive.

Great stay, easy neighborhood to get in and out of, neighbor across the street had a great conversation with our kids about baseball and wished them the best at our tournament in which the reason we were there. Easy to get back and forth from Westfield where we played. Overall a great experience

The home was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. Ann was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We are extremely thankful she opened her home up to us and we would recommend it to anyone needing a place in Kokomo or nearby. We will be sure to book again on our next trip here. Thank you!

Set in a quiet neighborhood but minutes away from a grocery, restaurants, and businesses, this home hosted by Ann and co-hosted by Dani was what we needed. Having use of the garage to park our vehicle was particularly helpful and the backyard was great for relaxing or grilling with friends. We were here for almost 2 weeks while I recovered from surgery so this truly became our home away from home. Our hosts responded to our communications in a timely fashion and were very helpful. We are grateful for our time here.

Great place to stay! Had to book last minute and the host was very accommodating and friendly. The airbnb was very clean, spacious and private. Gorgeous location and neighborhood in LA and close to the attractions and nature we planned on visiting. Parking was a short walk away and accessible. Awesome place to stay, highly recommend!

This was a great stay, exactly what we needed for our extended weekend in Kokomo! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Super easy to find, simple and clear instructions for check in and check out. We will definitely be staying again.

Ann and Erica were great hosts. They were responsive and made us feel like we were at home. They went extra mile by making sure we have all the necessary cookware for our 3 weeks of stay including ordering additional cookware to make our stay comfortable. The place was very good, quiet neighborhood but accessible to all important places in downtown. The place was well kept, and having a TV in every room is very good. I highly recommend Ann’s place for anyone looking to stay at Kokomo.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The property was private, clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Ann was a great host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit LA.
